-Jill, what was it like working on the set of LORD FINN?

“Working on Lord Finn was exciting and fast paced. My normal position if I’m not acting, but working on crew, is as script supervisor. This time I changed it up so I had a lot to learn. Producer and Lead actor, Ben Richardson, was right there teaching me and encouraging me in my new positions.”

-Can you describe your role on set to us and what the experience was like for you? Did you learn anything from your experience?

“It was a major learning experience for me as a first time UPM AND 1st AD! I went in with a good attitude and a willingness to learn and that really helped in those high energy positions. I would say that having my head on a swivel was one of the more important aspects of the job.”

-What have you been working on since LF wrapped and do you have anything coming up that you’re really excited about?

“Since working on “Lord Finn”, I’ve worked on a feature film that is in post production as script supervisor which stars Jonathan Rhys Meyers and Francesca Eastwood. I’ve acted in a few commercials and had a couple of supporting roles in short films and also a small featured role in “Jurassic Games” that has just been released in digital format. Also, I had a supporting role in the feature “Scott & Crowley” produced by Option D Productions.

I had my first foray in writing and co-producing a short film that is in post production in which I also had a role. Last July, I acted on two teams in the Oklahoma chapter of the 48-hour film festival. I am currently gearing up to act in this year’s 48, but on only one team.”

-Anything else you would like to add?

“I was extremely glad and honored to have been a part of “Lord Finn”. My experience on that project taught me many invaluable skills and new abilities that I can take on any new projects with me.”

-Awesome, Jill! It was certainly a pleasure having you on set and you did an amazing job. Everyone on the LORD FINN team is cheering you on as you move forward in your career!
